Mission
At St. Joseph, Music is a part of the curriculum for all children in Preschool through Grade 8. Students learn how to read, write, create, and perform music using a sequential child-developmental approach. Students in 4th-8th Grades are able to participate in choir, where they have the opportunity to create vocal harmony in a choral setting. St. Joseph School also offers an instrumental program for students in 5th-8th Grade. Band students participate in small group or individual lessons as well as large ensemble rehearsals weekly.
